EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a holistic healing method that combines elements of psychology and acupressure to help release emotional blockages and reduce stress, anxiety, and physical pain. 

How it works

 EFT involves tapping on specific meridian points on the body—similar to acupuncture points—while focusing on a particular issue (like fear, trauma, or pain). This process is believed to help rebalance the body’s energy system and reduce emotional intensity.

Hi, I’m Adam Anderson, a certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) master practitioner. I’ve dedicated my practice to helping people reconnect with their emotional well-being through the gentle yet powerful method of tapping.

My journey with EFT began from a deep desire to understand how emotional energy affects our physical and mental health. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how EFT can transform lives—releasing anxiety, easing trauma, and restoring balance.

As a teacher, I guide individuals and groups through the process of learning EFT, empowering them to use it confidently in their daily lives. Whether you're new to tapping or looking to deepen your practice, I offer a safe, supportive space to explore healing and growth.
